Our Spices are superior quality for the following reasons:

1. Sourcing only premium spices - Like everything else, there are different grades and variations of every spice. We only carry the highest grade of every spice we sell.

Our spices have high volatile oils and are extremely well cleaned. Both of these important qualities vary depending on where you purchase your spice.

2. State of the Art Grinding Method - All of our spices are ground cryogenically at sub-zero temperatures to maintain 100% of their flavor. Hand grinding and any other method of grinding causes a significant decrease in intensity and loss in flavor of the spice.

3. Cutting layers increases freshness - Spices sold in brick and mortar retail stores typically go through the following supply chain: Importer > Truck >

Processor/Packer> Truck > Distribution Center > Truck> Retailer > You
Our supply chain is simpler: Importer > Truck > Us > You. Our process cuts out anywhere from months to years of time where the Spice is just sitting around (often
on store shelves) losing flavor. By eliminating several layers we deliver your spices to you at peak freshness.

Packaging We offer 4 forms of packaging: 1 oz. of spice in a small bag, 4 oz. of spice in a resealabale bag, 16 oz. of spice in a resealable bag and a 1 cup(8 fluid ounces)

Spice Bottle with Sifter. All weights given are net weights of the actual spice. The net weights in the Spice Bottle vary depending on the density of the spice. We recommend purchasing the 1 oz. bag if you just wish to sample a spice and the 4 oz. or 16 oz. bags if you use the spice regularly. The spice bottle is great if you need a way to dispense the spice, however the bags are much more economical. All of our products arrive to you sealed and tamper proof.

Storage Our spices arrive to you at peak flavor. Once you receive your spices we recommend you store them in a cool, dry and dark place to preserve their peak flavor. While spices do not go bad, they can lose their strength over time. A general guideline is that ground spices last for 2 years and whole spices last for 4 years. If you are concerned about wasting certain spices we recommend our 1 oz. bags. You can always come back for more!
